Record all required vaccines, dates given, and future boosters still needed.
Gather vaccination certificates, test results, prescriptions, and veterinarian contact information.
Verify the destination country's exact animal-entry requirements and any deadlines attached to them.
2. Travel Preparation
Choose the airline or transport method and confirm pet policies in writing when possible.
Measure the pet and the carrier, then confirm crate size, labeling, and approved style.
Practice carrier time, calm loading, feeding schedule, and comfort items before travel day.
3. Arrival & Safety
Write down the arrival address, first veterinarian option, and backup emergency contact.
Plan the first 48 hours after arrival: water, litter or potty setup, food, rest area, and decompression.
List anything still missing so no nonrefundable booking is made too early.
